Kale Chips


I have discovered a very yummy, very healthy snack. 
Kale chips!

Super simple.

Pull your kale in fairly large pieces off the ribs of the stalk. 
Lay on a baking sheet
Take a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and toss together
Sprinkle with sea salt 
Bake at 275* for about 45 min- 1 hour
Give them a quick toss about mid-way though.

Delicious!
