Broken heart...

My heart is wounded, broken in two...
My Mamie girl was killed last night by something.
It may seem funny to some, but I loved that goat, very much.

  1. Aw Chas, I am so very sorry for your family's loss. Mamie had such personality and her stories will be sorely missed by me and my family. Many hugs to you all.

  2. I am so sorry. You've been through a lot with her. It's not so funny that you care about your animals. We develop relationships with them and the hurt is real.
    God's comfort to you.

  3. I'm so very sorry for your loss and I agree with odiie - there's nothing funny about loving your animals. It just goes to show what a big heart you have.

  9. Oh Chas I am so sorry about your goat. I know how much you loved her by all your lovely posts about her. It is not funny at all. I too love my animals and when we lose one it is like a part of the family. I hope your family makes out all right and even though no other goat will ever replace Mamie I hope you are able to move on and get another.
