Ok, so I the Pumpkin Spice Latte is yum-o... and then I heard about another one of Starbucks seasonal drinks. A Salted Caramel Mocha. Well, of course I had to try it at home. I haven't been to Starbucks to try it out for myself, but I did make this recipe at home and it was delicious!
Here's how I made it...
I made a pot for all three of my coffee drinkers around here. Honey, Cameo and myself.
So about 4-5 cups I suppose.
4 cups half and half
2 cups STRONG coffee
6 teaspoons sugar
4 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
4 tablespoons of caramel syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
Pour everything in a pot on the stove and stir until HOT!
Pour into mug, top with sweetened whipped cream, drizzle with caramel sauce and then sprinkle your mixture of sugar/sea salt (equal parts).
